Supporting Booz Allen’s Commercial Market Development Initiatives
Signal’s work for Booz Allen Hamilton began in 2010 when the company moved beyond its exclusive focus on government clients to provide strategy and technology consulting services in the commercial marketplace. Our initial work involved creating the go-to-market positioning strategy for a division targeting the financial services sector. In its first year of operations, the division brought in more than $16M in services revenue.
Signal also provided positioning and brand development support for two new product offerings developed for the commercial marketplace. We created the CyberM3 brand for the company’s proprietary framework that helps organizations Manage, Measure and Mature their cybersecurity ecosystems. And we created Cyber4Sight for Booz Allen’s threat intelligence solution, which provides predictive indications of the likelihood, severity and source of a cyber attack.
Other work for Booz Allen has included authoring white papers, collateral and thought leadership articles on a wide range of topics including big data, mobile strategy, supply chain risk and governance.
